City Grocery Shopping

When we used to live in the suburbs we went grocery shopping once a week and filled the cart to the brim. We would easily still do that but for some reason it just doesn't happen. For one we have to go to two stores to get all that we need. Madison Market has 100% grass fed meat - unlike Whole Foods which can only boast organic. I'd rather have a cow that ate grass not organic pastry scraps thank you very much. We also buy local produce and some bulk organic goods. But we do a bulk of shopping at QFC which is just 4 blocks away.  We walk there. Which means we don't fill our cart to the brim and it means making a trip to the store almost every day which I'm pretty sure is due to poor planning. Today, we got leafy green lettuce and arugula. Seriously that is all that's in the bag.
